We strive to ensure all details about our tiffin meals, catering options, pricing, and ingredients are accurate and up-to-date. However:
Menu items may vary slightly due to availability or seasonal changes.
We reserve the right to update menu offerings, portions, or prices at any time without prior notice.
All meals are vegetarian or non-vegetarian as clearly labeled and may contain allergens. Please contact us if you have any dietary restrictions before placing an order.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders must be placed through our website, phone, or approved channels.
Payments must be made in full at the time of order via accepted payment methods (credit/debit, e-transfer, etc.).
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or modify an order if ingredients are unavailable or delivery is not possible to your location.
4. Delivery & Service Areas
We offer free doorstep delivery within Ottawa for all eligible tiffin and catering orders.
Delivery times are scheduled based on your location and meal plan.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
We are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Cancellations & Modifications
Tiffin orders may be modified or paused with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Catering orders may require 48–72 hours’ notice depending on the size of the event.
Short-notice cancellations may be subject to a partial or full charge depending on preparation status.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of food, refunds are generally not offered unless:
The order was incorrect or incomplete.
There is a verified quality or safety issue.
If there is a concern, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery at info@nirvanakitchen.ca with your order details and photo evidence (if applicable). We will do our best to resolve the issue.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including text, photos, logos, menus, and branding—is the intellectual property of Nirvana Kitchen and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nirvana Kitchen will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

Delays in delivery.
